If you need to modify or cancel your rental, please contact us as soon as possible via email.

 

Reservations made 2 weeks prior to due date; full payment is required.

Reservations made more than 2 weeks ahead of the due date 50% of the grand total is required. 

 

You are free to postpone

This should be done no more than 3 days prior to due date. Failure to do so will lead to 10% service charge of what have been paid and the balance will be push forward for the postpone date.

You are free to cancel your reservation

This should be done 1 week before due date. If cancel one week before due date, you are liable to a refund less 10% service charge.
Failure to cancel before a week will lead to 50% charge of what have been paid and the balance will be refunded within 3 business days.
